As a Sales Executive you are responsible for maintaining existing and developing new business for Esquire Glass Limited, reporting to the Sales Manager.

Duties can vary for this role and require a flexible approach, your main activities include

  • Negotiate with customers and prospects to build positive relationships.
  • Research organisations to find new customers/prospects and identify who makes the decisions.
  • Assisting the Sales Manager with prospecting through calls, emails and visits
  • Quoting for new work for customers/prospects.
  • Sell products and services to new prospects and existing customers.
  • Write reports and make presentations to customers and senior management.
  • Identify new products, methods, and opportunities for sales campaigns.
  • Work to targeted sales forecasts and ensure they are met.
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email to ensure they are updated with order progress.
  • Receive and process purchase orders.
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Direct feedback from customers to relevant departments.
  • Support the Sales Manager with other administrative tasks

  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office and spreadsheets
