Main responsibilities:

Operations:

• To undertake tasks as directed by team leader, this may include packing, operating machinery and equipment, and quality control tasks.
• Keeping work station clean and safe at all times.
• Assisting with the achievement of production targets.
• Minimising production costs.
• Minimising waste.

Health and safety:

• Adhere to health and safety guidance and regulations, to include appropriate use of PPE, and working in a safe manner with due consideration for own personal health and safety and that of co workers at all times.

Learning and Development:

• To complete any training sessions or courses as required as part of the role to ensure continuous personal development and that expectations of role can be met effectively.
• Demonstrate competence in trained factory tasks.
• Follow information and instruction to the best of your ability.

Teamwork:

• Functioning to the best of your ability within the production team, treating other members of staff with respect.
• To raise any concerns or issues through the appropriate channels, and to seek support and guidance from peers and/or management as required.

Other:

• Communicating effectively with co workers and management.
• Any other duties as required to fulfil the company needs.
